Any time you need help – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – Lifeline is there. Press your Personal Help Button if you’ve fallen and you’re not sure if you’re seriously injured or if you just need some help getting back on your feet. Your Response Associate will quickly determine what you need, whether it’s assistance from a neighbor or emergency response services.

- AutoAlert – Lifeline with AutoAlert automatically places a call for help if it detects that you have fallen and you’re unable to press your Personal Help button.
Go Safe – Designed for individuals in search of an easy-to-use medical alert system that provides access to help whether at home or on the go, Go Safe delivers innovative fall detection capabilities as well as a comprehensive suite of locating technologies.
- Medication Dispensing Services – Our medication dispensing service helps you manage your medications without worry or confusion. A nurse or loved one fills the unit with up to 60 doses of medication and programs it to dispense the right medication at the right time of day.
- Home Key Box – You can lock a house key in this sturdy box and place it outside your home. If you press your Personal Help Button, we’ll provide the combination to emergency services or other responders you’ve chosen, so they can quickly enter your home and provide the help you need.
