Partners HealthCare At Home Announces
New Chief Operating Officer
Waltham (Oct. 1) - Partners HealthCare at Home (PHH) announces the appointment of Keren Diamond in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. Diamond will assume responsibility for all clinical operations for the organization’s certified home care business.

Keren is a high integrity and passionate executive and we are fortunate that she is now part of the PHH team."
Diamond brings more than 25 years of experience as an executive leader in home health care, most recently as senior vice president of clinical services at the VNA Care Network, and also as board president of Home Staff, an affiliated private care company. Previously, she served as senior vice president of operations for the Visiting Nurse Association of Boston, overseeing its clinical integration with VNA Care Network and Atrius Health. Prior to that role, Diamond was the executive director of the UMass Memorial HealthAlliance Hospital home health subsidiary, Diversified Home Services.
Diamond is a registered nurse, and holds a master’s of business administration in health care management from Boston University. She currently is a board member of the Massachusetts Home Care Alliance.
