Partners HealthCare at Home’s Annual Tee-Off Golf Tournament was held on Wednesday, June 15 at the Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA. This year's tournament was the most outstanding to date, raising over $613,000 in support of Partners HealthCare at Home's programs and services, making this tournament one of the most successful golf tournaments in the country. Since its inception, the Annual Tee Off has raised more than $5 million for programs such as life-saving telemonitoring services for cardiac patients, care for high-risk infants and mothers, and medication and care for uninsured patients.

Over 200 golfers came out to support the event which included a hole-in-one contest to win a trip to Bermuda with Gosling's Rum. Other highlights of the day included special food tastings provided by Chef's Table Catering and Events, Cask Force Spirits, Luke's Lobster, Grand Ten Distillery, and Ben and Jerry's.
The events of the day concluded with a post-golf dinner featuring a special presentation by Muji Karim, former Partners HealthCare at Home patient and bi-lateral amputee. Muji shared his story of tragedy and triumph as he now trains to qualify for the 2016 Paralympics in Rio.
